Where to find angry cannibal

I was in the same boat as you. I sat there for about thirty minutes and he never showed up. I ended up using the code to unlock him. User Info: Ferrian. I had the same problem. To get him to spawn wait at the beach area till you see a CPU controlled hungry cannibal and kill him. After that just look around the beach area and the angry cannibal should spawn. For some reason regular attacks doesn't harm him so I had to use Blackbeards grab and throw move with the B button.

User Info: igortheterror. Angry Cannibal was the last character I needed. I ended up staying on the beach and killing everyone that spawned until I finally saw one about 10 minutes later.

It really sucked because he looked to be about the cheapest character to buy, too. Thanks for the advice everyone. Seems the "killing all the cpu's til he spawns" worked out the best. I did that, and within 5 minutes I finally got him to show up. For those that don't have him, he's identifiable by his weapon of choice, a blow-dart tube.

I've looked in all the areas that I can think of, but still can't seem to find him. I found the Hungry Cannibal in the beach to the south of the main dock, but I don't see the Angry Cannibal there.
