Reward items for Zealot and Hardcore are glitched on PC. But there is a way to unlock it by editing a text file. Ah, so it IS a known bug. OK, great. I've changed it to add the Arctic suit. Only time will tell if I do manage the hard core mode, and IF I do and it doesn't give me the reward, now I know how to fix it.
